2、 Performance Overview

This machine consists of a frame part, a transmission part, a knife roller part, a lifting part, and a protective cover.

The rack is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel material and welded from square tubes.

The transmission part is driven by a chain, which is easy to install and maintain, and the operation and maintenance cost of the machine is low.

The knife roller is welded from stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, and the cutting tool is made of corrosion-resistant hard alloy steel, which can be used on both sides.

The lifting part is welded from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel material, with no air holes or hygiene dead corners, bright and flat, easy to clean, and in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.

The protective cover is welded from stainless steel square tube and stainless steel mesh, which is easy to open and has a start interlock function, complying with the EU CE certification.

3、 Local features

The transmission part of this machine is designed reasonably, with simple installation and maintenance. In order to improve the integrated cutting machine, meat chunks at -18 ℃ can be processed directly without buffering, and there is no phenomenon of meat chunks falling to the ground during the processing. The outer cover and hopper have a rounded transition, with no hygiene dead corners and easy cleaning. A safety protective cover is added above the machine, which complies with the EU CE certification. The cutting blade can be installed with a low or high blade, and the operation is simple.

4、 Scope of application

This machine is suitable for crushing and processing frozen pork, beef, chicken, and fish meat. It is one of the essential products for the front-end production of meat grinders and choppers. Two types of cutting tools can be installed according to user needs, and the thickness of the crushed meat pieces is 5mm and 15mm.
